Cabins & Gonz Cakes is pleased to announce our certified range of gluten free cupcakes. After extensive testing we have finial found the right mix of flours to produce an amazing gluten free range. 

Our research into the best mix of flours was with the assistance of Lola Freeman at wheatfree world. We use a range of flours all with their own texture, smell and taste.

We use a combination of Tapioca Starch (also known as Tapioca Flour), Besan Flour, Potatoe Flour and Rice Flour giving it an slight nutty taste.
